Role: Design, facilitate, and manage group processes for more than nine HP divisions; train HP staff in facilitation.

Result: Through comprehensive training in conflict resolution involving situational examples and interactive role playing, participants at all levels of HP improved their listening and meeting facilitation skills, resulting in improved internal and external communications.

Role: Identify company-wide risks; facilitate environmental health and safety leadership meetings; assist in developing an organizational structure, communication protocol, health and safety policies, and an implementation strategy.

Result: Risk-based environmental health and safety programs instituted at every level of the company.

 

 

Supply Chain Social & Environmental Responsibility
Hewlett-Packard

Challenge: Work with more than 10,000 suppliers located in over 160 countries to ensure that environmental and social issues are responsibly addressed, while recognizing varying standards in each country.

Role: Design a comprehensive framework for HP’s supply chain social and environmental policies and standards; create processes for adhering to HP standards, monitoring for compliance, and reporting.
