Challenge: Plan and implement a three-day team building retreat to improve the communication and negotiating skills of the International Finance Corporation's legal department’s 120-member staff.
Role: Conduct interviews and design retreat agenda including meetings, exercises, and workshops; facilitate group exercises focusing on inter- and intra-departmental issues and conflict resolution.
Result: A successful retreat for the entire staff, from head counsel to paralegals and secretaries, to improve workplace communication, productivity, and satisfaction.
