Role: Coordinate with Stanford community and the cities of Palo Alto and Menlo Park to implement a multi-faceted community relations program to educate the public.

Result: Complicated construction projects completed one year ahead of schedule.

Campus Parkway Route Alignment
Merced County Department of Public Works

Challenge: Enable construction of the Campus Parkway route alignment by completing environmental review.

Role: Solicit public input about the project and the draft EIR/EIS by designing, coordinating, facilitating, and documenting scoping meetings, and neighborhood, land-owner, and public meetings.

Result: Successful outreach efforts aided in the completion of this project.

Santa Cruz MTIS
Santa Cruz County Regional Transportation Commission

Challenge: Conduct a Major Transportation Investment Study for a heavily used corridor from UC Santa Cruz to the Cities of Watsonville and Capitola.

Role: Manage the public involvement process, coordinating with agencies and the study oversight committee; conduct a public opinion survey and facilitate community meetings; use findings to evaluate the cost/benefit of a range of transportation options.

Result: CirclePoint outlined and analyzed the transportation investment options for the Commission that were instrumental in shaping the county’s transportation future.
