The CirclePoint principals are stepping up to take CirclePoint into the future with a new solid corporate management team. In addition to fulfilling the corporate functions, all principals will continue to work directly with our clients to deliver strategic, high quality services.
Scott Steinwert, President/CEO
Scott leads the management team and provides direction for the corporation. He will continue his work on major transportation and land development projects.
Charles Gardiner, Chairman of the Board
Charles leads our Board and staff to expand our partnerships and identify new ways to deliver the CirclePoint excellence our clients have come to expect. He will continue to help solve challenging water issues and develop CirclePoint's online learning services.
Ben Strumwasser, Vice President, Training & Leadership Development
Ben develops training programs for clients and staff and works with CirclePoint's emerging leaders to match their skills and interests to leadership opportunities. He will continue to provide strategic communication consultation and facilitation/mediation services on transportation, water and planning projects.
Mary Bean, AICP, Vice President, Client Services & Operations
Mary oversees operations for the company nationwide, ensuring all CirclePoint staff has the resources, technology and management tools required to provide excellent service to our clients. She will continue to lead land development and transportation projects.
Sarah Layton-Wallace, Vice President, Business Development & Corporate Communications
Sarah leads a targeted business development program that is informed by industry trends and focused on meeting our clients’ current and evolving needs. She will continue to provide strategic communications advice and services to clients in all sectors.
Phyllis Potter, AICP, Director, Environmental Planning
Phyllis leads the development and expansion of CirclePoint’s environmental planning practice. She will continue to work with clients and environmental teams in preparing CEQA/NEPA documentation.
