Audrey has served as a Board member for Circlepoint since 2019. As the Board Chair, Audrey ensures that Circlepoint’s Strategic Plan is incrementally implemented yearly to bring the Plan to fruition. She leads the Board by engaging individual board members to work as a unit. She facilitates the Board meetings with strong leadership and follows best governing practices and puts change into motion. Her mission as Board Chair is to focus on what’s best for the company and organization.

She strives to add energy, critical thinking and innovation to all Board conversations and decisions, helping to propel the company to a successful future.

Serving as a board member since 2022 , Ivy offers nearly 30 years of experience developing and directing public outreach and community relations programs for significant Bay Area infrastructure projects. She also leads our Marketing and Business Development department, and, as a member of our Board of Directors, plays a pivotal role in our continued growth and development.
Mike Lohman

Mike has close to 40 years of engineering design management experience in addition to office and corporate management. He has worked across all aspects of private, municipal, and regionally significant transportation projects throughout Northern California, and brings an outside perspective to Circlepoint’s board. Mike, founder of Lohman Project Consulting, previously served as Chief Operations Officer and President of Mark Thomas and Company, a successful mid-sized California-based civil engineering and land surveying firm. Mike was also a past president of the East Bay Chapter of the American Council of Civil Engineering Companies of California.
