Brianna brings a wealth of experience as a CEQA practitioner and land use planner to the Circlepoint team. With a background spanning the public and private sectors, Brianna leads our Environmental Services group, overseeing project delivery and marketing efforts statewide. She has led major transportation projects across the state, and also offers key expertise in moving land use development projects quickly through the entitlements process.

In her role, Brianna strategically manages CEQA and NEPA documents, offering clients efficient and defensible approaches to environmental review. Her diverse experience enables effective collaboration, allowing her to craft flexible and thoughtful strategies based on the latest legislation, case law, emerging trends, and best practices.
