Geoff brings over three decades of experience in the preparation and management of environmental review documents, ensuring compliance with CEQA, NEPA, and other regulatory frameworks to his role as Senior Principal in our Environmental Services Group. His extensive knowledge spans a wide array of environmental and regulatory issues that impact land development, making him a key asset in managing the environmental review process for complex and often controversial projects. Geoff’s experience includes leadership roles and principal writer for a diverse range of developments, including infrastructure projects such as bridge replacements, roadway improvements, residential subdivisions, water and sewer systems, as well as commercial, mixed-use, and industrial facilities. His portfolio also includes the supervision of CEQA and NEPA documentation for public and private sector clients, ensuring thorough and compliant environmental assessments.
In addition to his technical expertise, Geoff plays a pivotal role in fostering relationships with our existing and future clients. His extensive experience with projects across California is instrumental in leading our Environmental team to deliver high-quality, legally defensible documents through a well-managed environmental process.
Outside of the office, Geoff enjoys being outdoors surfing, kayaking, golfing, mountain biking as well as music, reading, and hiking with his dogs Bruno and Buster.
