Janet Kung

Assistant Environmental Planner

Janet completed her M.A. in International Environmental Policy, Monterey, with a specialization in Ocean and Coastal Resource Management. Before coming to Circlepoint, Janet conducted fisheries research for the Environmental Defense Fund and conservation science interpretation for the Monterey Bay Aquarium. These experiences developed her writing and analytical skills. Her work is built upon a deep understanding of science and policy and rooted in a love for the environment. At Circlepoint, she assists in preparing a wide range of CEQA and NEPA documents. Outside of the office, you’ll find her on a surfboard out in the ocean.
