Laura Prickett

Senior Project Manager

Laura brings 27 years of experience preparing environmental documents and working with public agencies to efficiently comply with regulatory requirements for development projects. She has managed CEQA and NEPA environmental review for numerous transportation projects, including projects that have involved Caltrans oversight and projects with a wide range of permitting and regulatory processes. She has specialized expertise in stormwater requirements for development projects and construction activity and has managed the preparation of various water quality technical studies. In her role at Circlepoint, Laura will use her extensive experience facilitating interagency meetings and bringing people together to develop collaborative solutions to complex problems. Laura bicycles for transportation and fun and enjoys running and hiking.
