Senior Project Associate

Tracy has more than 20 years of experience in public outreach and event planning. Her expertise includes a wide range of subjects from vendor solicitation and logistics management, to building relational databases and project-specific mailing lists. Tracy has excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven problem-solving abilities. Experienced in designing and implementing targeted outreach efforts and effective communication strategies, developing strategic alliances and supporting community dialogue within diverse multi-cultural settings in a variety of Bay Area communities.

Tracy possesses fundamental Spanish-language skills and a familiarity with a wide range of stakeholders and issues. A resident of the Bay Area for the last 20 years, she is very familiar with the socio-cultural setting, geographic patterns and environment, development trends and constraints, and politics of the Bay Area.

Her rich experience in public education and community involvement includes a background in event production, fundraising, and member services at local and regional non-profit cultural institutions and foundations in Northern and Southern California. Tracy’s responsibilities have included production of many large-scale, historically significant public and private special events, including ribbon-cuttings, bridge openings and groundbreaking ceremonies. She also has a wealth of experience in producing public meetings, conferences and workshops, as well as designing and managing production of project websites and collateral materials.
