Caltrans is implementing a study to evaluate opportunities for the development of bike highways along SHS corridors within District 4 to support bicycle commuting and increase bicycle trips. Circlepoint has created a comprehensive strategic communications and stakeholder engagement plan, which serves as the communications and stakeholder engagement “roadmap” during project planning and implementation. Circlepoint is also supporting a series of stakeholder meetings as well as designing and promoting two public engagement surveys through a digital ad campaign and stakeholder outreach.
