Susan, our Vice President and Senior Managing Principal of the Communications Department, brings over 25 years of invaluable leadership in community development, public engagement, and planning. Leading our communications team, Susan has been a driving force in creating healthier, more sustainable communities through her community-based planning and outreach expertise.

With a background serving both public and private sector clients nationwide, Susan’s impact at Circlepoint extends beyond her extensive experience. As the Department Head, she fosters effective community engagement, facilitation, and planning services. Susan’s leadership is marked by her commitment to directly involving communities in safeguarding and enhancing their physical, natural, and social environments.

In addition to her professional achievements, Susan is an author of a placemaking handbook, an active community volunteer, and shares her experiences as a graduate student instructor and trainer. Her multifaceted contributions reflect a dedication to shaping a positive and lasting impact on Circlepoint and the communities we serve.
